About The Position

The Frye Art Museum seeks an experienced, collaborative, and community-centered educator to join the Learning & Engagement team as the Inclusive Learning Lead Educator (“Lead”). The Lead plays a central role in developing, coordinating, facilitating, evaluating, and continually strengthening collection and exhibition-inspired learning experiences that connect people of all ages with art through inquiry, creativity, and dialogue. Together, the team creates welcoming experiences that spark curiosity, strengthen community, inspire creativity, and foster belonging and well-being through art. Through partnership with artists, educators, and community organizations and by using evaluation, reflection, and visitor feedback to inform decision-making, the Lead helps advance the Frye's commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging while continually improving the quality and impact of learning experiences.
