About The Position

As an Inclusion Support Educator at Goodstart Little Mountain – Gumtree Pocket Court, you'll play an important role in supporting children through one of the most significant stages of their development. Working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader, you'll create engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, communication, independence, and confidence while fostering strong emotional connections and a love of learning.

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current QLD Working with Children Check
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs
Build strong, meaningful relationships with toddlers and their families
Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing during their early developmental years
Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes
