About The Position

Based in New York and reporting to the Manager of Inclusion, you’ll be focused on building and sustaining programs that promote belonging at Datadog. As an Inclusion Program Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to drive a more inclusive culture - strengthening how we work and how we grow as a business. This role primarily leads our 8 Community Guilds (Datadog’s Employee Resource Groups), and will work closely with Community Guild Co-Leads, leadership and senior stakeholders. In addition, this role will support company wide Inclusion events and initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional partners.   • Experienced in working at large scale and/or global companies (5,000+ employees) with the understanding of nuanced approach needed across different countries and regions
  • Experienced in written and verbal communication, including change management and shaping, running and measuring programs
  • An inclusivity- and curiosity-driven mind that is consistently keeping up with the ever-evolving Inclusion-space

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale our Community Guild (CG) programs and processes, serving as the subject matter expert to all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Co-Leads to create their annual plans and execute alongside them
  • Lead key CG milestones including the annual Co-Lead application process, organizing the annual CG Leadership Summit, and programming for each History Heritage Month
  • Coach and support the co-leads, provide training and development opportunities to equip them to lead their CGs and committees effectively
  • Lead company-wide events that provide safe spaces for honest and practical dialogue to promote learning, broaden perspectives, and support allyship
  • Benchmark our programs against peers and bring ideas to improve how we operate
  • Establish benchmarks and metrics to ensure effectiveness of Inclusion programming, including Community Guild efforts
  • Manage relationships with external partners
