Foster School of Business has an outstanding opportunity for an Inclusion and Community Program Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Inclusion & Diversity, the Inclusion and Community Program Manager is responsible for creating and nurturing an inclusive community for graduate students at the Foster School. The position involves development of co-curricular learning experiences and community building activities to accelerate student learning and leadership development, and to promote the Foster School's strategic priority with a lens of “nurturing our internal community” in every decision we make. The Program Manager will work with student leaders, Program Directors and staff, and faculty to create an inclusive community for students, with a special emphasis on supporting historically underrepresented students in graduate programs. The position will require expertise in fostering community, facilitation and communication skills, and program design and implementation skills, creating opportunities for inclusion and belonging to graduate-level students and faculty. Position is responsible for the development and implementation of a variety of co-curricular learning experiences and community building initiatives and operates with a high degree of responsibility. The position requires event planning and program implementation as well as budget management experience. This position has a high level of contact with a broad range of diverse student and faculty populations. The position requires a high level of engagement with the ability to strategically develop and promote collaborative programs on behalf of the Foster School of Business.
