About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. This role is responsible for monitoring radio calls for security and medical support, documenting incidents, and coordinating with various teams to ensure incidents are responded to appropriately. The Incident Reporter also provides customer service and reports to management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to document details in a professional and factual manner
  • Ability to discern low risk situations from areas of high concern and appropriate next steps
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle interactions that may be stressful or contentious
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor radio calls for security and medical support and report to location of incidents
  • Document incidents using the appropriate company provided forms (Employee Incident Report, Guest Incident Report, Driver Incident Report and Property Damage Report)
  • Collect & record incident details regarding involved parties, date, time & location of incident, description of how incident occurred and any resulting injuries or damage, witness statements, and actions taken after incident was reported.
  • Capture photographs of injuries (with injured’s permission), property damage and any contributing factors.
  • Coordinate with dispatch crew, venue security, medical team, police officers and any other first responders to ensure incidents are responded to by all necessary support staff.
  • Log details for individuals ejected from the premises, including identification, description of individual, reason for ejection and exit location
  • Report necessary repairs to maintenance team and communicate if area is an immediate concern
  • Communicate serious injuries, altercations and areas of concern to venue management promptly
  • Provide incident reports and general event summary to venue management in digital and hard copy formats at the end of each event
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving guest complaints or problems, assisting guests as needed and ensuring guests are able to safely enjoy the event
  • Other duties assigned by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
