We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Incident Management Coordinator, who will play a critical role in making a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve. Being an Incident Management Coordinator is not just a job – it's a chance to be a positive force in someone's life journey. The Incident Management Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the safety and welfare concerns of the people we support, including allegations of neglect or abuse, financial exploitation and errors in care provided. The Incident Management Coordinator acts as liaison with OPWDD and the Justice Center for incidents, investigations and necessary follow-up. The role supports the promotion of evidence-based practices and service feedback to inform on agency-wide regulatory compliance and person-centered service delivery.
