We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Incentives Planning Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and reporting of APR and Lease incentive programs. This role plays an important part in helping the organization maintain competitive financing and lease offers while supporting budget objectives and operational accuracy. The Incentives Planning Analyst will work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and captive finance partners to support incentive program execution, monitor program performance, validate financial data, and provide analytical insights. This position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow their expertise in financial analysis, automotive incentives, and business operations. Candidates must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. Role Summary: The Incentives Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the monthly incentive process through data analysis, reporting, validation, and financial tracking activities. The role assists with APR and Lease offer development, expense monitoring, accrual preparation, competitive research, and program administration. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across departments.
