As an Incentive Compensation Associate within PNC's Incentive Management Group, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

  • University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation.
  • Executes day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization.
  • Monitors compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs.
  • Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness.
  • Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments.
  • Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries.
  • Leads business-specific projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding.
