About The Position
Do it Best is hiring Inbound Warehouse Team Members for its distribution center in Montgomery, New York. The role supports warehouse and product fulfillment operations, with opportunities to work as an order filler, shipper, receiver, forklift operator, or stocker. The company provides training and certification to safely operate powered equipment, including forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks, and offers opportunities to develop skills and advance in logistics roles. The position offers weekday day-shift hours, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Pay starts at $20.25–$24.35 per hour, depending on experience, with regular increases every 180 days. Requirements
- Repeatedly lift items weighing 40–45 pounds.
- Occasionally lift items weighing up to 80–100 pounds.
- Assist with team lifts.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop, and work at floor level, waist level, or above the shoulders.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse and product fulfillment work in roles such as order filler, shipper, receiver, forklift operator, or stocker.
- Safely operate powered warehouse equipment after receiving training and certification.
- Handle, move, and position items, including participating in team lifts.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop, and perform work at floor level, waist level, or above the shoulders.
