Remote Inbound Sales Representative - $16.00 Hourly + Commission
About The Position
At Extra Space Storage, we are looking for full-time Inbound Sales Representatives. Our customers call us with a need for storage, and your job is to assist them by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs and deliver amazing customer service. We offer a fast-paced collaborative environment where each of us directly contributes to the company’s success. This is a remote, work from home position and requires residing in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT. We offer great pay starting at $16/hr plus commission, convenient schedules with no graveyard shifts, Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, and various Employee Discount Programs. Our close-knit team allows passionate leaders to coach you to success, which could include maximizing your monthly commission or helping you obtain a promotion.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Ability to connect over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background and drug screening
- Able to work 1 weekend day
