About The Position

This role offers UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS, meaning the more you close, the more you earn with no ceiling. Top performers consistently hit 80-150% of their monthly target. At 100% quota, earnings are $3,500-$4,500/month, and at 150%, earnings are $5,000+/month, all paid in USD monthly. Magic provides 50+ warm inbound leads every month, eliminating the need for cold calling, list-building, or prospecting from scratch. Your sales skills, discipline, persistence, and ability to handle rejection are crucial for converting these warm leads.

Requirements

  • English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident, natural with U.S. buyers
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets — any industry, B2B or B2C
  • CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent
  • Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours
  • Stable home internet (min. 20 Mbps)

Nice To Haves

  • Outbound sales — cold calling, SDR/BDR with a track record of booking and closing, field sales, door-to-door, telesales
  • B2C closing — insurance, real estate, financial products, automotive, telecom, retail finance. You closed deals face-to-face or over the phone, and you hit numbers.
  • BPO sales — outbound or upselling roles at a call center with U.S. client exposure
  • SDR/BDR promoted to AE — you've already made the jump, or you're ready to make it now
  • Any sales role where rejection was part of the job and you showed up anyway

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff
  • Uncover pain, establish urgency, match the right Magic product to each prospect's needs
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline
  • Collaborate with Support and Ops so clients start strong and stay happy
  • Treat coaching as part of the job — apply feedback fast
