About The Position

We are hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our team of over 250 Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada. As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear. This late shift is ideal for night owls or those who enjoy quiet working hours, allowing you to enjoy your mornings and work uninterrupted in the evening. You will answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers. You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role. Your primary responsibility is to sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear. Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions to convert those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items. All new agents must be available to start on October 23rd. You will receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training to set you up for success. After training, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Ontario.
Availability for the first 3 weeks of training to work between 10 AM and 6:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
Following training, availability to work between 3 PM and 5 AM EST, Monday - Sunday.
A very friendly telephone manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning new technology.
Good typing speed (minimum 25wpm).
A quiet space at home.
Quick & reliable wired internet connection.
A good personal computer with min 8GB memory.
A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
