As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear. 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada. Full-Time - Work 5 days at 8.5 hours, between 12 PM - 10:30 PM EST Get an extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation period Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute Earn $19.35 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Ontario
- Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 10 AM and 6.30 PM, Monday-Friday EDT
- A very friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home, quick & reliable wired internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory
- A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide a world-class experience for our customers
- You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- Answer customer questions about services, junk removal, service areas, scheduling, and pricing to convert inquiries to bookings
- Participate in 3 weeks of fully paid remote training
- Join a team with a Team Lead for support and growth after training
