About The Position

As the Inbound Safety & Quality Logistics Specialist, you will obtain, assemble, and review data regarding vendor inbound safety & quality logistics performance (damages, AV12 issues, etc.). You will maintain vendor profiles, review and respond to vendor claims (using Paybox) filed with Vendor Relations/IMS in a timely fashion, and handle communications (written and verbal) both internally and externally for inbound safety & quality logistics related questions. You will also work with the Reclamation/Swell/OTIF team as needed.

Responsibilities

Review and research VR and IMS claims submitted by vendors for ISQL related deductions – respond as necessary.
Review and analyze billing data for accuracy and process weekly.
Assist in handling vendor discussions/conference calls regarding ISQL requirements and processes (may require data research/compilation).
Research vendor profile data and update systems (both Legacy and Oracle) as needed.
Respond to vendor phone calls regarding shipping and claims questions.
Build scorecards showing vendor ISQL performance over a given time period.
Access and review AP/AR data in Oracle.
Utilize internal databases (upload and download) as needed.
Input Exit Pass data into the Exit Pass screen.
