Requirements

• Live within the area
• 2-5+ years of experience in an office setting
• At least 2 years experience in sales
• Past experience dispatching technicians and managing the daily schedule
• Knowledge of Construction terminology
• Problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and phone skills
• Computer experience with Office and Excel
• Highly organized and detail oriented while multi-tasking
• Excellent customer communication and independent work skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead management and Scheduling – responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for Service Professionals.
• Inbound and Outbound Sales – Booking appointments both via inbound and outbound calls using Company proven methods.
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – Communicating with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Delivering a great experience that wows every customer by following the Mr. Handyman Way process.
