About The Position

As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, you serve as the tip of the spear for producing and driving business for the company. You will be responsible for the initial outreach and qualification of potential customers. This is not a cold calling position as the leads are provided for you through marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, organic traffic, etc. Through follow-up and initial outreach, you will be leading high-level discovery calls and handing them off to the appropriate designer once qualified. With a goal of serving one million families by 2028, Jonathan began expanding nationally in 2017. Today, Ulrich is headquartered in Texas and has served families from California to Virginia. Requirements

Strong telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Good time management and analytical skills
High Activity Output
Coachable and a fast learner
Ability to have high-level conversations and not get too deep into the process with customers

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Google Suite
Experience in CRM Systems - HubSpot Preferred

Responsibilities

Outbound phone calls to inbound leads
Organize and prioritize tasks based on leads
Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings or live transfers (MQLs)
Document key points in the conversation for sales success
Discover customer's needs, wants, dreams, and budget
Collaborate with the rest of the sales team (Designers) to ensure company goals and targets are met
