Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in direct sales or in marketing
  • Proven track record of exceeding challenging targeted lead goals or similar
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and online chat bots such as Drift

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of B2B, SaaS, or tech industry direct sales or marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience using marketing software tools such as 6Sense
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to identify and qualify lead opportunities in a competitive industry
  • Results oriented with a strong entrepreneurial attitude and mindset
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with demand generation managers to follow up with inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Develop knowledge of company products and solutions while learning industry trends through ongoing product and industry training
  • Collaboratively work with marketing team to understand messaging for targeted lead follow up
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and qualify for demos
  • Manage platforms such as 6Sense and Drift to manage and communicate with prospective customers
  • Optimize platforms to efficiently and effectively move prospects down the funnel and pass prospects to our Account Executive teams
  • Report on sales platforms to optimize conversion rates of prospects in the funnel
  • Deliver compelling value propositions that resonate with prospective customers
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
