About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, quick‑thinking Inbound Associate who can thrive in a high‑volume food distribution environment. If you’ve worked in places like Aldi, WinCo, Trader Joe’s, or similar distribution centers, you’ll feel right at home. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and comfort working in an environment with strong odors.

Requirements

• Experience in high‑volume food distribution
• Hands‑on experience with pallet scales
• Strong data entry skills; comfortable with WMS/ERP systems and Excel
• Ability to work in a smelly environment
• Comfortable working indoor/outdoor
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Able to collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors
• Reliable, punctual, and able to keep up with fast‑moving operations

Responsibilities

• Label incoming shipments and verify product accuracy
• Log all inbound data into WMS/ERP systems
• Use pallet scales to weigh and record product
• Identify and report discrepancies immediately
• Send out daily inbound reports
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, and QA teams
• Support both indoor and outdoor inbound operations
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
