We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Team including monitoring safety, efficiency, productivity, and overall workload of your team.

Requirements

• Ability to engage, motivate and inspire employees
• Work well as part of a team; self-motivator with willingness to take on new tasks, challenges, and opportunities
• Basic MS Office skills
• WMOS System Knowledge
• Demonstrated “Leadership” skills within department
• Performs current duties at a “Meets or Above Standard Rating”
• Ability to fill-in for Supervisor for any shift, in any department or building when required
• Ability to work effectively with others at all levels and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions
• Good verbal and written communication and interaction skills
• Good people and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels

• Ability to prioritize daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote a positive attitude consistently
• Performs staff level responsibilities when not performing coach responsibilities
• Conducts Daily Huddle Meetings as needed
• Conduct observations as needed
• Communicate Safety Tips
• Coaching those employees who are not Meeting the optimal targets
• Daily Production Planning as needed
• Daily Schedule Control as needed
• Conduct 2 Hour Tours to follow-up with Employees and give them the Score
• Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information
• Assist management to promote “best practices”
• Assist in training and developing of employees.
• Maintaining current & accurate inventory
• Maintain our high quality standards
• Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management
• Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition
• Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management
• Understand the department’s goals and objectives
• Participate in personal development opportunities
• Assist in other projects or in any other areas of the distribution center
