This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. The role involves handling inbound calls and some follow-up calls, answering questions on prior authorization, general inquiries, and some confidential information. The position requires excellent customer service with high attention to detail, accurate data entry, and utilization of multiple systems to track information and update customer communications. Performance is measured on quality and accuracy, with a potential call volume of 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity. The work schedule requires availability Monday-Sunday between 5 AM and 10 PM, with an 8-hour shift. The hiring process involves resume and test scores, with no client interview required.
