This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. The role involves handling inbound calls and some follow-up calls, answering questions on prior authorization, general inquiries, and some confidential information. The representative will be responsible for entering information accurately and utilizing multiple systems and programs to track information and update customer communications. Performance will be measured on quality and accuracy, with a potential call volume ranging from 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity. This position requires availability Monday-Sunday between 5 AM and 10 PM, with an 8-hour shift. The hiring process involves resume and test scores, with no client interview.
