Job Summary: We’re looking for a compassionate, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our inbound customer service team. As an AE, you’ll play a critical role as the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses requiring emergency roadside assistance.

Requirements

Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed.
Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people in urgent situations.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software.
6+ months of customer service experience
Onsite technical assessment is required

Responsibilities

Provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process.
