About The Position
ContactUs Communications is growing and looking for Inbound Customer Care Agents for their Grindstone, Pennsylvania location. This role involves helping healthcare providers with payment and account questions. The ideal candidate loves helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 with a HS diploma or GED
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Able to type 25+ words per minute
- A great communicator — both on the phone and in writing
- Patient, empathetic, and upbeat
- Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
- Assist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and updates
- Help users with website support (like password resets and navigation)
- Ensure all customer information is accurate
- Keep things friendly, helpful, and efficient
