About The Position
ContactUs Communications is growing and looking for Inbound Customer Care Agents for their Grindstone, Pennsylvania location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, problem-solving, and working in a positive, team-oriented environment. As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, assisting them with payment and account-related inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Able to type 25+ words per minute
- Great communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- Patient, empathetic, and upbeat
- Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with the company
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
- Assist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and updates
- Help users with website support (like password resets and navigation)
- Ensure all customer information is accurate
- Handle 60-70 calls daily in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner
