About The Position

Ace Hardware is seeking an Inbound Coordinator for the 2nd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:30pm-11:00pm). This role involves preparing receiving paperwork, completing received POs, coordinating appointments and drop carriers, and performing other general office responsibilities. Ace Hardware is committed to a safe, healthy, and injury-free environment, prioritizing safety for all team members and expecting active participation in maintaining a world-class safety culture.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
General knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements and rules
Experience working in an office environment
Computer based experience using internet applications and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Prepare receiving paperwork for the receiving team
Complete PO’s that have been received
Coordinate appointments and drop carriers to the proper door
Other General office responsibilities as assigned
Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
