About The Position

Ace Hardware is seeking an Inbound Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing receiving paperwork, completing POs for received items, and coordinating appointments and drop carriers to the proper doors. The Inbound Coordinator will also perform other general office responsibilities as assigned. Requirements

Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
High School Diploma or equivalent
General knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements and rules
Experience working in an office environment
Computer based experience using internet applications and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Prepare receiving paperwork for the receiving team
Complete PO’s that have been received
Coordinate appointments and drop carriers to the proper door
Other General office responsibilities as assigned
