About The Position

Sentry Credit, now part of the TrueML family since 2025, is expanding its team to Lenexa, KS, to partner more closely with TrueAccord and revolutionize the debt resolution industry. We are seeking motivated, Spanish-English bilingual collection agents to launch our new Lenexa office, opening July 13th. We have moved away from aggressive, old-school tactics in favor of a modern, helpful consumer experience, combining Sentry's local legacy with TrueAccord's innovative, empathy-driven approach.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A high sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Solution-oriented mindset
Goal-oriented self-starter with a competitive mindset and a drive to succeed
Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle rejection with grace, and maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
Attention to detail and the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently

Experience in 3rd-party collections
Backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales looking to transition skills

Responsibilities

Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability.
Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service.
Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels.
Contribute to a dynamic call center culture by joining a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability.
Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily goals and maximize commission potential.
