About The Position

The ITR Analyst supports the vehicle repair process by coordinating maintenance and repair activities, including battery, tire, glass, mechanical, and body repairs. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain experience supporting a major automotive OEM while developing administrative, data entry, and automotive operations skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of administrative, data entry, or customer support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of vehicle repairs and automotive terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the automotive, fleet, or vehicle repair industry.
• Familiarity with Stellantis OBT or similar dispatch/repair management software.
• Experience tracking work orders, repair processes, or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track vehicle repairs from intake through completion.
• Enter and maintain repair requests, work orders, and status updates.
• Dispatch repair work using Stellantis OBT or similar systems.
• Communicate with technicians, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Manage repair-related email correspondence and call logs.
• Monitor repair progress, escalate delays, and ensure timely resolution.
• Review Excel reports and maintain accurate records.
• Close work orders and verify completion details.
