About The Position

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to represent its HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Manahawkin and Forked River, New Jersey. The role involves engaging with shoppers, learning about their home comfort needs, educating them about available services, and generating qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. HVAC experience is not required. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible schedules and weekend availability. The posting lists pay of $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour including commission. These compensation amounts are potential ranges and are not guaranteed. Paid training is provided, and employees may have the opportunity to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. The role does not involve door-to-door canvassing or cold calling.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
Ability to attend a weekly in-office meeting.

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
