About The Position

Columbus Worthington Air is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Requirements

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
