About The Position
This is not a typical customer service role. You will be working directly with customers who often need help urgently — including caregivers and recently discharged patients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to guide people with confidence. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to assist walk-in customers and handle inbound calls for healthcare equipment and services. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where professionalism, urgency, and clear communication are essential. You will guide customers toward the right solutions while coordinating with our team to ensure a smooth experience.
