In-Store Credit Card Sales Representative
About The Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to engage with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, your main responsibility will be to educate customers and promote sales of Financial Products for Canadian Tire. This role involves driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for the client's product, providing exceptional customer service, and finding creative ways to engage customers with the product's benefits. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, handle customer information with confidentiality, and support multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience an asset
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well independently and within a team
- Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product
- Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers have a great experience
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information
- Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed
