This role involves providing employment services and support, including life skills, job readiness, and job search assistance, to young adults aged 16-24. The Case Manager will prepare and maintain accurate participant documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. They will assess participant needs and competencies to create individualized education and employment goals, and develop strong relationships with participants and community members through effective communication. The position requires ensuring timely communication of available opportunities, providing coaching for goal attainment and retention, and maintaining knowledge of available resources for diverse participant needs. The Case Manager will also assist with program orientation, life skills, and job readiness workshops, engage in team meetings and trainings for professional development and service effectiveness, and initiate community outreach to enhance program visibility and create cohesion with other community resource organizations. Regular contact with participants in various locations is necessary to assess job retention and advancement issues.
