Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays and PM shifts.
• Excellent communication skills in the primary workplace language.
• Basic computational and computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with upscale dining settings and service ware.
• A flair for suggestive selling to highlight our signature dishes.

Responsibilities

• Take and record food and beverage telephone orders with precision.
• Offer menu guidance and manage substitutions with finesse.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to queries about our exquisite offerings.
• Ensure accurate order entry and communication with our culinary team.
• Manage special requests and maintain transaction records.
