Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Clear communication and attentiveness are essential for accurately taking orders and responding to guest needs, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Physical stamina and coordination are used daily to carry trays and navigate guest rooms safely and efficiently.
• Basic math and POS system skills enable the server to process orders and payments accurately, minimizing errors.
