Restaurant, Bar & Guest Services teams will be working in newly renovated spaces, with updated layouts, technology, and guest flow. As an In Room Dining Server providing warm service, efficiency and knowledge of our menu offerings to both guests and Colleagues, you will add value to every transaction!

Requirements

Proserve qualification required
Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work well with minimal supervision
Must be responsible, reliable and have excellent attention to detail
Must have strong English communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Food & Beverage serving experience an asset
Micros POS experience an asset

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with the standards set out by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, while making guests feel comfortable in their room
Ensuring timeliness of In Room Dining deliveries, tray pick-ups and ice calls
Reporting any irregularities or comments from guests
Ensuring that a clean, tidy and safe environment is maintained at all times, including maintenance and upkeep of vehicles
Serving guest room functions as required
Delivering VIP amenities and other related duties
