About The Position

The In-Room Dining Manager is responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, coaching, and disciplining all employees in the Hotel’s Room Service Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. This role also involves long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. The manager will work closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design effective menu and amenity options, ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price. Additionally, the manager will attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

Requirements

College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
1-2 years food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale environment.
Requires a working knowledge of division operations and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Through knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must have a strong Food and beverage knowledge.
US work authorization is required.
