About The Position
Capital Vacations is hiring In-House Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives for our Orlando market. This role involves meeting with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present ownership solutions that enhance their ownership experience. The position utilizes a consultative sales approach to build long-term relationships, overcome objections, confidently close sales, and deliver an exceptional owner experience while maximizing personal earning potential. This is an opportunity for experienced, licensed vacation ownership sales professionals seeking strong owner flow, outstanding leadership, and the potential for high income.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience
- Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
- Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
- Relationship-focused sales approach
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
- Experience selling to existing owners
