Capital Vacations is hiring experienced, licensed In-House Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives to join our Orlando market. This opportunity is designed for top producers who know how to build value, overcome objections, and close consistently. If you're looking for existing owner presentations, one of the industry's most competitive compensation plans, and a leadership team committed to helping you maximize your production, we'd love to have a confidential conversation. As an In-House Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with existing owners to understand their vacation goals and present customized ownership solutions that enhance their ownership experience. This position is ideal for experienced vacation ownership professionals who are confident in their ability to produce, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and want to be rewarded for the value they create.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience
- Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
- Strong closing, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
