About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking a high-performing In-House Sales Executive with strong Owner Line experience to join their award-winning team. This role focuses on working directly with existing owners to deliver high-level upgrade and lifestyle-based ownership presentations. The ideal candidate is a confident, consultative closer who understands owner psychology and consistently drives results. Responsibilities include conducting structured presentations, identifying upgrade opportunities, and providing tailored ownership solutions that align with each owner’s travel goals, all while representing the Club Exploria brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Valid Florida Real Estate License required
  • Proven Owner Line / In-House sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Strong closing skills with a professional, consultative approach
  • Executive presence and polished communication
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultative, high-impact sales presentations to existing owners
  • Drive upgrades, re-trades, and equity-based ownership solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed VPG, closing percentage, and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong owner relationships
  • Follow established Owner Line sales processes and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with owners, leadership, and support teams
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
