We’re building the next generation of lifestyle products – and we’re looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals to help us continue our growth. We’re looking for an In House Sales Representative that is driven, customer-focused and able to convert in-house resort guests into enthusiastic Vacatia owners through authentic engagement, education, and memorable experiences.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or in-house sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to connect authentically with guests, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

May be required to have an active valid Real Estate or Timeshare License based upon location.

Responsibilities

Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and one-on-one consultations.
Partner with marketing and resort operations to create seamless, memorable guest experiences.
Implement creative sales approaches that resonate emotionally and differentiate Vacatia’s offering.
Track success metrics to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
