About The Position

We’re building the next generation of lifestyle products – and we’re looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals to help us continue our growth. We’re looking for an In House Sales Representative that is driven, customer-focused and able to convert in-house resort guests into enthusiastic Vacatia owners through authentic engagement, education, and memorable experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or in-house sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to connect authentically with guests, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Nice To Haves
- May be required to have an active valid Real Estate or Timeshare License based upon location.
Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and one-on-one consultations.
- Partner with marketing and resort operations to create seamless, memorable guest experiences.
- Implement creative sales approaches that resonate emotionally and differentiate Vacatia’s offering.
- Track success metrics to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Strengthen a collaborative, results-driven sales culture through teamwork and excellence.
