About The Position

We're seeking an experienced In-House Sales Manager at our Palm Desert Resort to assist with closing sales and mentoring the sales team. Set against breathtaking mountain views, our tranquil property features multiple pools and hot tubs, private patios, and cozy fireplaces—creating a true oasis of relaxation. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current California Real estate license
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/hours as required per business needs.
• 2 years or more of timeshare sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to clearly convey information that the guest will best understand
• Skilled in using appropriate interpersonal skills to influence guest purchase decision
• Proven ability to maintain high level of productivity over time
• Intermediate ability to use computer software specific to job

Nice To Haves

• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of branded timeshare sales experience
• Previous timeshare sales closing experience

Responsibilities

• Close/assist in closing sales for Sales Executives in accordance with current sales and contract policies and sales targets.
• Assure all finance pricing guidelines, first day incentives and contract procedures are followed.
• Follow up with sales business including conversion of pending business, anti-rescission measures and post cancellation calls.
• Refer any concern regarding the conduct of a Sales Executive or Sales Leader to Sales Management.
• Assure that sales are completed properly for submission to Contracts department.
• Participates in all sales meetings and training sessions.
• Carry out all other reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
