About The Position

Capital Vacations is seeking a top-performing In-House Marketing Leader for one of its largest and highest-volume In-House Marketing operations in Orlando at Silver Lake Resort. This leadership role offers a rare opportunity to lead a team, drive tour production, and build a winning culture. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of vacation ownership marketing experience
• Previous In-House Marketing Manager (or higher leadership) experience required
• Proven history of driving tour production and leading high-performing teams
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership marketing
• Strong coaching, recruiting, and team-building skills
• Results-driven with a history of exceeding production goals
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the In-House Marketing Team
• Recruit, train, and mentor top marketing talent
• Drive tour production while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with Sales Leadership to maximize tour opportunities
• Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and qualification guidelines
• Foster a positive, performance-driven culture
