About The Position

In-House Marketing Agent Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated professionals to join our In-House Marketing Team. Unlike many marketing positions in the industry, this position is paid on net tours generated not penetration rates. If you're confident in your ability to connect with people, generate quality tours, and create excitement, you'll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • OPC or In-House Marketing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
  • Sales-minded and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience
  • Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates
  • Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation
  • Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information
  • Provide a positive and professional guest experience
  • Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and resort offerings
  • Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
  • Meet and exceed production goals
