About The Position
As an In-House Marketing Agent, you'll engage with resort guests and owners, build excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience, and invite qualified guests to attend an Owner Update or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and want to be rewarded for their results.
Requirements
- Previous In-House Marketing or OPC experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Engage with resort guests and owners throughout the property
- Generate qualified Owner Updates and Vacation Ownership tours
- Promote the benefits of Capital Vacations ownership
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating memorable guest experiences
- Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and company offerings
- Meet and exceed tour production goals
- Complete required reporting accurately and professionally
