About The Position

This job's primary purpose to the organization is to make sales for profit to Westgate Resorts.

Requirements

  • Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess exceptional sales skills and techniques.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, managers, and other team members of the organization.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English-Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Escort guests to their accommodations and establish appointment time
  • Attend morning meetings
  • Attend sales division meetings
  • Give a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners
  • Interact and serve as customer service agent to all prospective buyers
  • Prepare and complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions
