In-House Counsel, Commercial Law
About The Position
ABM is seeking an In-House Counsel, Commercial Law, to join its Legal Department. This position may be based in Austin, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona. The In-House Counsel, Commercial Law, will provide legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, legal risk management, and regulatory compliance. This attorney will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice that supports ABM's operational and strategic objectives. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking to build an in-house legal career while gaining exposure to a variety of commercial and corporate matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in at least one state.
- Experience in commercial law, including contract drafting and negotiation.
- Experience in dispute resolution, legal risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.
