About Broccoli 🥦 Our mission is to bring intelligence and reliability to real-world operations — starting with home service businesses. We see operations as a systems problem, not a staffing problem. Answering customers, scheduling appointments, and following up consistently requires judgment, memory, and accountability — not more headcount. As LLMs make AI agents easier to build and demos easier to fake, reliability and execution become the only real differentiator. We help home service companies run their front office with AI that takes action, remembers context, and delivers outcomes you can trust. In 2025, we scaled revenue 20× to multi-million dollars, grew the team from 5 to 20, and raised a $25M Series A led by Khosla Ventures with participation from Y Combinator. A few things to know about us: Our COO was our first customer — a plumbing company CEO — and helped shape Broccoli from day one. Our customers collectively do $15B+ in annual revenue, and Broccoli sits directly in the flow of how that revenue is captured. We've booked 500K+ real, verified appointments for our customers. Every engineer spends time onsite with customers, listening to live calls and seeing real-world edge cases firsthand.
Requirements
- Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and platform-specific trends
- Ability to take content from concept to publication independently
- Willingness to travel
- In-person, five days a week in San Francisco
Nice To Haves
- Experience building a personal audience or creator brand
- Experience with founder-led or startup-focused content
- Familiarity with AI products or the home service industry
- Photography skills
Responsibilities
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage from the team, clients, product launches, events, and meetings
- Help founders build authentic, engaging personal brands
- Develop and maintain recurring content formats that showcase our people, culture, and product
- Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance
- Be knowledgeable on industry trends
