About The Position

Century Law Firm, PLLC is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Texas-licensed attorney to serve as In-House Appearance Counsel. This full-time role focuses primarily on courtroom representation at assigned hearings, conferences, and proceedings, without routine responsibility for drafting pleadings, filing motions, or managing an entire caseload. The attorney serves as co-counsel on assigned Texas cases and works with the Firm’s litigation and administrative teams, which handle routine drafting, filing, scheduling, and case management. The attorney is responsible for associated travel expenses, subject to any reimbursement required by applicable law. The position includes a salary of $114,000–$126,000 annually ($9,500–$10,500 monthly), eligibility for applicable Firm-sponsored employee benefits, professional liability insurance coverage for authorized Firm work subject to policy terms, and dedicated litigation and administrative support. The role is designed to let the attorney focus on hearing preparation, court appearances, and client advocacy rather than routine paperwork and full caseload management.
